This is a new website, but it's not my first venture into discipline fiction. I, like so many others, had a geocities website that went under in October (was it October?), but unlike most others, didn't work very hard to save it.
Yeah.. well. What're you gonna do? I should've tried harder, but... I didn't.
I was knitting! It was very important work.
And now I have a pair of socks and no stories... haha.
I'm outside of the United States, where my laptop is located (long story), which has all the backups of my old stories. So, for now, they're gone. And this is what I've got.
Some new stories!
A quick note on discipline fiction in general:
I don't write for feedback. I love hearing that people like what I do, but I was once a fearful newbie, too, and would never require of anyone that they come out of their lurk before they're ready. It took me ages to feel ready and I still don't!
I will write whether or not anyone likes it because it fills a need that I have to.. you know, create and stuff.
Also, like many others, I write these stories because reading them brings a sense of security. I know there are a lot of complaints on various topics, such as labeling characters ("Brat", "Top", etc..), or that brats are "too bratty", or too childish.
I hear all those and I totally get them.
I also ignore them. Sorry. : /
My brats are too bratty and they're also too childish and probably too whiny. They're maybe annoying, I don't know. My Tops are too toppish. They're more even keeled than any normal man has any right to be and they're way too perfect to be real.
I know that. I'm also okay with it.
My fiction isn't real and it's not meant to be. I've been writing since I was 13 and it's has always been a warm, quiet place for me to escape. If it were all realistic and stuff, what kind of escape would that be?
I ask you.
So, in the end, I always write what I want to write because I really write for me. And I'm a little ridiculous. And definitely a touch on the bratty, whiny, childish side.
You'd probably be better to stay away. ;)
I am just that selfish!
So, I hope you like it, but if you don't, if it's squicky or whatever else, that's cool. There are so many good authors out there, I know for sure you'll find someone you do like.
That being said, I don't write very often. I work on my own timetable which is strictly scheduled around my real obsession -- knitting -- so I guess we'll all just have to take the stories as they come.
Thanks for dropping in! Hope you like.
